PetSmart Grooming

Started using PetSmart in Surprise which is further away from my house and further away from the PetSmart 2 miles up the road. I switched because of a unhappy experience and decided to try the one my son uses for his German Sherpard. Well I have a Shih Tzu and he has been groomed several times so he knows the routine snd he is very cooperative. Anyway I was able to get Sara, who has been grooming dogs for awhile. When I got there she was grooming a Shih Tzu and the the dog looked great. I requested her, made my appointment and she is the only one who bathes snd grooms him. She does a fantastic job every time. He was just there and he id scheduled for his next grooming in 5-6 weeks depending how fast his fur grows. With the hot weather just around the corner his length is at 5/8's and in the colder months it is usually at 1 1/2 inches.

My two came out of here looking brand new 😍 My chihuahua Halfpint is fearful of everything and everyone. She experienced abuse at some point. She used to come home from grooming looking and behaving as though she was just down in the dumps/Sick/Tired. She comes home from this location and shes happy. IDK what you folks do differently but keep doing it. My new dog has little to no experience with grooming and he also came home happy and very bouncy. These two are my whole life and mean everything to me, so thank you for your kindness and patience with them both it shows in how they are returned to me.

The groomer, Dani, did a wonderful job on my Lola. I was very pleased. It is the best she has ever looked.

Definitely starting to love the experience especially with a little surprise when picking my pup up! Definitely will be coming back, keep up the good work, team! Customer service- fast and easy, stress free drop off and pick up. Service- happy pup, no problems with the team. Feedback- love the feedback on how my pup did, gives me a sign on relief that I can keep coming back!

I was so happy when this location was built as it is closer to my house but my experience today was it for me! Zoie is in the wrong profession! I tried to check in my dogs (2 Shih Tzu mixes, 1 terrier mix) and she claimed they were extremely matted and they would need to be shaved on their ears and tails. I knew they had tangles and expected the $15 extra charge but Zoie didn't even offer that, she just wanted to shave them and I refused that and asked for their ears and tails not to be touched. She continued to argue with me and then stated they couldn't receive any services. I checked in my terrier and left. I went home and easily detangled their "extremely matted" ears. When it came time to pick up my terrier, Zoie then claimed that my dog had matting on her paws even though she took extra time to look her over when I checked her in (after she refused to take my other 2 dogs) and she said her fur was fine. Miraculously, now she had matting. I paid and had the receipt emailed to me which I later discovered she charged me $10 extra for "special handling". She failed to mention there was an additional charge!! I will be going to Goodyear or the second Surprise location before I go back to Prasada, unfortunately. Do better Zoie!!

Used to be great place and great service until it was not. Every service appt they would fuzz about grooming my dog. The latest one puts the nail on the coffin. My dog wasn’t matted, as he usually is like before (likes to jump in the pool). They charged me an extra fee for handling, and extra fee for using scissors and on top of it, he picked up a tick from their salon. Never coming here again for grooming. A mobile service charges the same or less of 140 and has better service.

Myra helped me with getting some crickets today and it was so refreshing to have someone assist me that had good customer service and a positive attitude! Thank you so much 🙂
