First time user. Groomer arrived 15 minutes early, was professional and courteous. Erwin did a great job with our boy Casper. We were happy with the results and thought the cost of the services were extremely fair.

Erick Herrera was great with my dogs. He shows so much compassion and love towards my fur baby’s, we had two appointments first time ever as a customer I was a little scare at first because it’s scary to trust anyone with your baby’s, and we are so happy with our service and I would highly recommend Erick Herrera. I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Grooming Pet Salon, especially about Nilson! My rescue dog, Lucky, has pretty severe anxiety, which has made grooming a real challenge. In fact, we were turned away by another grooming place because they couldn't handle him. But Nilson was incredibly patient, calm, and professional. Lucky came out looking like a completely different dog—handsome and clean ! I’m so grateful to have found someone who truly understands and cares about animals, especially those with special needs. Thank you, Nilson, for your amazing work. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Lola's first time being groomed and we love the results! Scheduled for 3pm & they showed up at 2 & got down within an hour. We showed them a picture of what we wanted & he delivered 😁. Won't be grooming Lola with anyone else but Yulisa & Henry!

My Shi-poo needed grooming urgently so I just went with the first groomer that was available. The website clearly states that all groomers are certified, so I assumed that all groomers would have a minimum degree of skill and quality. I was wrong! The first sign of something being off was when I got a message saying that the groomer was done, only 50 minutes after he started, for full service. Every experienced groomer that I used in the past took at least 90 minutes. When I got the dog back, his face and legs were a mess, uneven with hair sticking out all over the place. I didn't trust him to fix it properly so I just sent him on his way and fixed it myself. I occasionally groom my dog myself and I do a much better job than this so-called certified groomer. Alpha definitely has good groomers, based on past experience. Make sure you pick someone that’s experienced. They’ll usually be harder to schedule but it’ll be worth the wait.

I would do this again for my Pups. They were so happy when the groomer had finished. Also my groomer had a great attitude. Over all I give them 2 thumbs up. Its worth the money spent

If I could give them less than 1star I would. My poor cat has 2 bald spots where the fur was actually ripped out at the roots. The groomer said she moved and it caused him to trim her closer. There’s no fuzz, it’s completely smooth and to the skin. I set them an email from their website and was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours. That never happened. So $100 out the window and he had the nerve to ask for a tip, after scalping her. I don’t know of any cat that wants a bath, dried, or trimmed with electric trimmers. These people are supposed to be professionals, I disagree. They protect themselves with a lengthy term of service that basically says regardless of what happens to your pet up to and including death, it’s the client’s responsibility. I’ve attached pictures, you be the judge. These bald spots are on her neck going down to her back. She had one on her ear but she was over it so I couldn’t get a picture.
