The Pampered Pet Grooming & Spa

I give it 2 stars because the place is clean and they pretend to care. They did whatever they think needs no mater what your preference. I didnt know who worked on my dog as I only speak to the receptionist. But They push tipping. I have tried them more than once because of the reviews. The first time they told me my puppy was too fidgety and needed drugs for their services. The second time my dog was not bathe well. She smelled when I pick her up. Will not go back.

I’ve taken my cat Billie here before and was very happy with the lion cut she received, which is why I returned. Unfortunately this visit was very different. I showed the groomer a reference photo of the same style she had previously, but the result was much shorter than expected and didn’t resemble the photo. When I reached out to express my concern, I was told the $100 charge was $75 for the bath and $25 for the haircut and that no refund would be given. This breakdown was never explained beforehand. I understand grooming can vary, but I was disappointed both with the outcome and with how the concern was handled. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

My dog came home wet and unbrushed. Completely unacceptable when you’re paying over $50 with no haircut. I had to brush him when I got home and chucks of hair were coming out. Shame on you for sending this type of work as home and calling it a finished product.

I appreciate the cat services you provided at The Pampered Pet Grooming and Spa. We'll be back soon for another pampering session.

They’re the best mobile groomer in town! I highly recommend for furbabies who are anxious! Our furbabies have such a short life! If financially possible, the groomers are always on time, quick, and gentle! Thank you to you and the team for helping our Cleo!

I love the team at Pampered Pet. They take exceptional care of my Shih Tzu. They listen to how I want his hair cut, and they treat my fur baby so kindly and are very patient with him. Such a great place!
