PetSmart Grooming

Pet Smart is a good store for everything pet. It has a wide selection of supplies & food, ranging from affordable to high-end. The staff are friendly. On this visit I went in with a friend & her dog to find a winter sweater for the dog. We found one and it was on sale. I tried it on him for size and then tried to put his existing harness back on her dog. I was having a little trouble figuring it out so we asked for help. A young lady from behind a desk in the rear of the store came over and we asked her about it. She didn't say much but looked at it and started to put it on incorrectly. I said that it wasn't correct because i know the hook to attach the leash to was in a different position when i removed the harness. Lucky at that point a customer walked by us and asked if she could assist us and we all said yes please. This customer showed us how it went and we all thanked her. I felt good about what happened because you can't expect everyone to know everything and especially a young person. We liked that she tried and she was very gentle and calm with our dog. I think it was unique to be in a store where the solution mattered not egos and the comfort of the animal was above all. The customer that helped us, saw a need and felt comfortable enough to step in and we all learned something.

The groomer accommodated our dog despite being almost an hour late.

They literally told me I couldn't adopt a cat just because I wasn't wearing pants. I'M SORRY, when were pants required at PetSmart? What's next, will they require pants on MY DOG if bring him in? Absolutely ridiculous. Also, they stopped giving out free samples on that really yummy Purina dog food.

Desiree is the best!! She keeps Britian looking good.

Good place to go to have your dogs groomed; unfortunately, it took longer than I expected and had to call to get an update, luckily they were finishing up last dog.

Great care for my baby. Will bring her back to this location again. Excellent customer service as well.

I was visiting from NY and walked in for my Yorkie to get his nails and face trimmed and EVERYONE was soo friendly and ELIZABETH did a really awsome job, THANK YOU
