My golden doodle had a lot of matted hair Ms Roxana very patience took the time and give her a cute hair cut bath and trimmed her nails the best part she is not over book like the other places so she take her time to give a great experience to my dog. I will definitely come back.

Roxana used to do my dog Henry's grooming before he passed. She was always very gentle and knew exactly how to style a bichon's hair. I was reading some reviews and it looks like sometimes people are getting confused and posting reviews on her site that are meant for the place down the street.

I accidentally went to the wrong place. They took him and didn't say anything, and they trimmed him super short. She told me a 5 would be good, and it's wayyyy too short. He has an undercoat and should have only been trimmed.The shave was choppy and messy. He has random short patches and chunks missing. I called the place down the street where I made an appointment to apologize and they told me this happens often and the woman just takes the dog and doesn't say anything. Partially my fault, and may not be the worst place, but definitely some honesty issues, and sloppy work.

Make sure you're at the right address. Meant to go to main street groomers and GPS took me here by mistake. Woman didn't tell me I was at the wrong spot when I mentioned the appointment time. Main street groomers said this happens often and they never say anything. They also butchered his haircut, super choppy and uneven.

Roxana is a great business owner with a lot of experience with her jobs, also very helpful to customers needs and attentive.

Amazing, calm, and patient stylist! Amazing with animals, and very thorough! 100/10 will be returning!!
