I cannot say enough good things about the team here! I brought my two Boxers, Dasher and Vixen, in for grooming and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. Boxers can be a handful, but the staff was so patient, loving, and professional with both of them. Dasher came out looking fantastic and completely unstressed. Vixen looked equally beautiful—even though she decided to give me a major attitude and a piece of her mind the entire car ride home! It is clear the groomers know exactly how to handle big personalities with care. We will definitely be back!
Our 80 lb female shepherd got sent home from two groomers because she was intimidating them. Not at Scenthound! The team worked with her and treated her like the princess she is! She got pampered, bathed, deshedded and the works! Our other shepherd was not a problem form them either. We joined and recommend!
My jo needed an expression done and the girl that checked me in couldn't have been more perfect for our Jo 😁 definitely will be back! She addressed my concerns and gave me more information to the questions I had! Wonderful experience! 10/10 Jo got the whole package and just by seeing him when we returned to get him we could tell he even had a great time ☺️ Thank you for taking great care of our pup
They did an absolutely amazing job! My Dog Diesel liked them and behaved so well for them. They are the best priced in Wichita that I've found. They take such care and know what they are doing! Thank You!
Loving everything so far! We have gone in 3 times since this location opened and have never had any issues. The appointments are quick and our pup always comes out looking and smelling amazing. The app makes scheduling very easy and you can call or text the store too. They even went above and beyond to call my vet for updated vaccination records when ours expired! I am very happy with the service and care we've received.
My dog has a good time here no complaints from either of us. We were both treated very well and will definitely come back!
