Anela was very good with my dog. She styled him with such professionalism. She's my forever groomer!

I just picked up my dog and he smells … breathe smells … nails long ..eyes not cleaned and ears brown inside from dirt. I’m pissed very pissed. I want my money back. I spent 114 dollars on this BS.

My dog smelled the same as when i took her in a few hours later. And her eyes were never cleaned. Petco needs to do better.

She was wonderful my dog was a hot mess. She looks beautiful like a little puppy again.

I always loved the way my Blue looked when he came home. I've even left great reviews for my dogs groomer. She was never really a warm and inviting person but that didn't bother me as long as my Blue looked beautiful after his grooming. I should have let it bother me! Turns out my groomer had an issue with me that I wasn't aware of until I found out what was being said about my Blue and me when I would leave him in her trust! He's very anxious and not easy to groom and I am aware of that. He has separation anxiety and does not like being groomed. But since she had been grooming him for so long I figured she knew how to work with him. Turns out it bothered her and she was vocal about it. Just not vocal to me! Blue no longer goes to her. I have found someone with more patience who is also very loving and nurturing. She greets Blue and rubs him down. I've secretly watched her from the side and she has been consistent in her patient and loving treatment of Blue. Blue will no longer be going to the groomers in the Yonkers location. The groomer is great at grooming, which is her job, but she's not great at social skills.
