PetSmart Grooming

I took my dog yesterday for a haircut and it was very beautiful, Jennifer bathed him and cut his hair 10/10

Can’t rate the groomer because the store manager didn’t show up to open the building to let the employees and customers with appointments inside. Apparently, this happens so often that the previous customers just deal with it and wait outside in the parking lot along with their groomers . My appointment was for 7 AM. I waited for a half hour and then I left.

Every time we come here everyone here seems to not be interested in working; no social skills, and seem to almost hope that you cancel your appointment. Tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done completely with this location. Unprofessional and passive aggressive attitudes. Do better.

Horrible grooming service. My dog was always not wanting to go in. I only realised why after they cut they trimmed the fur of my Australian Shepherd almost to the skin. All I asked for was a light trim or clipping. It is going to take years until her fur drows again, and the groomer was clueless, or just did not care. Who does that?

Pet Smart in yonkers is the worst pet grooming facility I have ever been to! First off when I arrived at my dog appointment no one knew the kind of cut I was referring to when i booked a simple bath and trim appointment! They tried to make me reschedule as if they were ready to go home! They stated the groomer who does cuts was not in that day so if I wanted to come back like I don’t have a job! not even 20 mins after dropping him off they called me to get him because they claimed he bit a worker. When I went to pick him up Anthony the "manager" was standing in the grooming area with a attitude Rudely with my receipt printed! As a manager he should have handled that situation better but he had no acknowledgement of anything going on in that store as this was my first time ever seeing him in that location! All of the groomers are young rude and just want to get through the day! I will not be back there and I hope they close that place down who knows what they are doing to other dogs!

The worst Petco in history! I ordered a cookie birthday bone online and went to pick it up the following day. They had canceled my order and never notified me! This is the second time I go to this petco and both times I found that the manager is both, incompetent and unprofessional. He won't look you in the eyes when talking to you. He talks to his staff instead of you and one is standing right in front of him! What fool!

Petsmart Yonkers, the worst haircut my dog got.she came out of there with razor burn in her behind area,my husband showed the groomer the size of cut,and she over did it,and cut too short. Won't be taking my dog for grooming there anymore, this is the second time that they don't do the job right.
