PetsHotel Omaha (Oakview)

This was my first time leaving my baby and I was super nervous. When I called they gave me updates on her eating/ play/ bathroom habits which made me feel better. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because she was there from Wednesday until Monday and I only got pics two days out of the stay. I would have liked to see pics every day since there are no cameras. But other than that I would highly recommend. I felt secure that she was taken care of.

I brought my dogs for a 3 day stay, requested baths for both and it did not get done. To make matters worse the reason they gave for not doing the baths was fleas. They did NOT have them when I brought them. Doggy day camp was requested for the younger pup as well as working on basic obedience. My oldest dog sadly I had to make the difficult choice of having to put him to sleep as his liver disease worsened after bringing him back home. The only reason they went because we were moving to a new house. My younger dog is far more jumpy and sensitive and biting more than before he went here. I paid good money for their stay and trusted my fur babies would be well cared for beyond a morning and afternoon walk. Even mentioning the name of this place sends my younger dog into panic and biting frenzy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took my dog to pets hotel. We have left her at many other places and this is the only place my dog has come out and peed so long I am worried that they didn’t even take her out. And she devoured a water bottle when we got to the car. And the food we brought her seemed like it wasn’t even touched (as in the bag we brought looked like it hadn’t even been opened or used). Absolutely horrible experience I will not be brining my dog back here. This was unacceptable a dog should not act like that when being picked up especially cause this wasn’t early morning it was 11 o’clock so she had to have not been taken out all morning. And we paid for photos and still have yet to receive them.

My dog suffers from separation anxiety so whenever I'm going to be gone for any length of time I take Muffy here for day camp. She loves. She gets to see her fur buddies and the staff there is wonderful. She gets all the love and attention she needs! I'd highly recommend this to anyone!

Our dog has been going there since he was 5 months old and he is now 2 1/2. PetsHotel does a great job taking care of our dog. As soon as we get there he is running to the door.

Overall the staff is very helpful and professional. They have grooming, vet, boarding and training.
