TERRIBLE SERVICE! I planned to take my Shiba Inu here for a 9am appointment and at 9:45am, still no one was at the door. I called to see what the hold up was and they insisted I pay for a shot my dog already has for $85! Then proceeded to tell my the groomer had barely showed up. Before proceeding with everything, I asked what the price would be for a brush out and nail clippings for my dog and they said an additional $69 plus the $85 for the shot. It was outrageous and I finally decided to leave. If you love your dog and want to ensure they’re safe and receiving good service, DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been going to this groomer since Dec. 2019 for my mini mix schnauzer for a full bath(shampoo & conditioner) & hair fur cutting, and teeth cleaning. They do a great job with the service and the prices are reasonable. My dog is always satisfied customer

Gave me an appointment at 9:30 am, on time tells me they didn't have a room available, call one hour later, never again.

I called this place a lot of times and all it says circuits are busy . Than I get to location and it says they are open Mon-Fri 9am -7pm and place is closed . Why have signs that your open? When you are not. So unprofessional .
