new to pheonix after moving from yuma on my own at 18 years old, needed to find a place to groom my brothers dog, a miniature shnauzer. first time coming and they did a brilliant job! i only asked for a haircut and they cleaned his ears, clipped his nails and more! only paid $55. they have great customer service! i was able to come in early before my scheduled appointment! my brother dog left very happy and they gave him a bandana! definitely coming back again!

I bring my 4 dogs in frequently and Shelley does a great job! They are always happy and clean! I would recommend this dog grooming shop to anyone, especially over Petsmart.

I took our yorkie for a bath and a cut. I wanted to get her short before she has a procedure done. They were so great with her and her puppy antics and she came out looking so good

It pains me to leave such a negative review especially when I rarely leave reviews, but Dogonegood did such a terrible job that I’m still upset with how my dog looks 3 weeks after his haircut. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars. This was our Cavapoo’s first haircut, and we asked for the "Teddy bear" look with just a trim but when we were able to pick up our dog 4 hours later, we didn’t even recognize him. They shaved his hair as short as they possibly could. On top of that, it was an uneven cut, they ruined the curls on his ears, and his tail was MATTED. It’s so unfortunate how poor of a job they did, but I hope our experience and review saves your dogs hair. First picture is the before, second is the after. Unfortunately, the third picture is from today. Curls are gone.

This was our rescue, Alphie’s first time at the groomer since we got him from the shelter. I was worried since he always got super excited around other dogs. I notified them of this and she let me know he did well when I picked him up. They did such a good job with him and reduced my anxiety about the process. The only thing I did notice, he did shed a lot right after his visit, but I am unsure if that is common or not. Overall, the service was great and it was very affordable compared to some of the other places in the area.

I have been taking my dog Beau here for a while now and Shelley always does a great job, even though Beau is difficult. Shelly is so gentle and knows how to deal with hard to groom dogs. The shop is always really clean and you can be assured that your dog is well taken care of. Shelley is the first groomer that was able to handle our little 'devil' and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
