Green Bulldog Dog Wash and Spa

Excellent experience from my initial phone call the lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, to arriving home with some yummy cherry flavored cow ears! My 7 month old Dane is terrified of pretty much any and every one and thing. The staff assisted me in lifting all 100 pounds of Walter into the wash tub. Their shampoo and conditioner although not overwhelmingly fragrant but leaves them with a very pleasant smell afterwards, leaving his fur shiny and soft! The amazing groomer took time out of her busy schedule to do a nail trim/grind on my terrified boy and she did such a great job, she was super patient and calm with him. Highly recommend Green Bulldog!

Chelsea!!!! You made our 1 year old Maltese look FABULOUS with your grooming skills! This was his first professional salon visit and we are so pleased! Hes now ready for his role in our wedding next week. Can't thank you enough, we WILL be back with our other dogs also. Great experience AND you were done in the time we were told. Took both my 70lbs golden retriever and 40lbs golden doodle to get a full grooming. This was our first time there. I explained to the groomer I would like a standard golden retriever cut for my bigger dog with his face trimmed and tail trimmed. For my smaller dog she said she would take off HALF his length. I came back to pick up the dogs and found a lot of what I specifically asked for not done or done very very poorly and still charged $300. When asked why the bill was more than anticipated I was told "their hair was long". I got home and trimmed my dogs face, tail and nails. Which all should have been done and included in my $300 charge. When I called the following day to discuss how upset I was for the service given and the price I paid the groomer was truthfully apologetic and offered for me to bring them back in but honestly there’s not much that can be done to redeem their look and I wouldn’t trust her to try. She then also tried to tell me my one dog had matted hair (and claimed that’s why she shaved him) which simply was not true he is brushed with a metal comb daily. And then when I explained the nails were either skipped or done so poorly she admitted she could have forgotten because she’s human. Hey I get it we all forget sometimes but once again I paid $300 for essentially what looks like a hack job. 😑

Magnus did a great job with our two cavaliers Neisa and Nippet! They look awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife Janet usually drops the dogs off, and they are always well looked after!

Green Bulldog has taken care of our dogs for the better part of 10 years. So grateful for Emanuel, he's caring and patient with our pets as well as highly efficient. We have 5 dogs, plus the occasional foster dog, so it's wonderful to have him come to our house to groom everyone.

I took my dog there for her to be groomed. It was her very first time at a groomers and she isn't always dog friendly. I let them know I was a little worried about how she would behave. They said not to worry gave me a approximate time of when she should be done. I went back a little early and they said probably another half hour that they would call me when she was done. She looked great and apparently did really good. Daniel was extremely patient and informative on how she was and what he did. Now she is a regular and Daniel is great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! If my ten your old SPOILED ROTTEN DOG who acts like she owns me which I truly think she is right can adjust to it they have won me.!!!!

Hit and miss with the groomers. This time I schedule an appointment a week in advance, they call me next day to confirm, I say yes. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I get called an hour before my scheduled time and they tell me they’re going to cancel my appointment because the groomer was out. I’m about 30-40 minutes away, had my dog with me and already on our way. Keep in mind, if the customer cancels last minute, you get charged $40 but it’s okay for them to cancel last minute. Will have to take my dog and business elsewhere.
